New members are always welcome!

Feel free to rock on up to a rehearsal or contact us if you have any questions.

• A year’s subscription is $160 if paid before the end of February; otherwise $60 for each of our three concert terms.

• There are no restrictions on membership; we do not audition newcomers or insist on some ability to read music, though that is obviously an advantage.
• The easiest time to join is at the beginning of the year or just after a concert. We recommend turning up 10 minutes early so we can help you feel welcome and settled in.

• Rehearsals are on Mondays from 7pm – 9pm at St Margaret's Church, 4 – 6 Dunns Street, Silverstream, Upper Hutt.
• Rehearsals usually start at the end of January-early February and run through to our last concert of the year in November-December. 
• 2026 concert rehearsal periods are: 
  • up to, and including , 17th August, ready for our concert on the 23rd August
  • 31st August - 23rd November, ready for our concert on the 29th November
  • 30th November - 7th December, ready for Carols in the Park on the 12th December
• We usually rehearse on public holidays and throughout the school holidays.
